Product strategy
Before development begins, a product is not always clearly defined. In many cases, there is only a basic idea, a technological opportunity, or an identified customer need. We therefore help companies not only to design the product from a technical point of view, but also at this stage to think together about what kind of product should actually be created, what value it should bring to customers, and how it should work so that it makes sense from a technical, business, and user perspective.
